Statement of Course Objectives:
1. To study the major theories of leadership and leadership styles in the bible.
2. To improve students' ability to use the basic skills of leadership for effectiveness and fruitfulness.
3. To enable students to understand their leadership style and examine its compatibility and consistency with biblical pattern.

2. Apply the basic skills of leadership in their life.
3. Analyze their preferred styles of leadership.
4. Evaluate the relative advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to leadership and its consistency with scriptural pattern.
